Job Description
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has a hunter’s mentality, a passion for professional development, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and the ability to forge strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the tech sector.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Demonstrate effective discovery skills to understand a client's business needs and objectives.

Ability to align 2Win solutions based on findings of client’s key outcomes and impact areas.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our training solutions through proposals and presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
-
Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.

Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Maintain CRM to provide activities, account status, sales progress, and forecasts.
Location & Hours

Virtual / Remote position.

North America.

Phoenix area preferred but not required.

Candidate must have a dedicated private workspace with high-speed internet.

Hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in the respective time zone
Qualifications
-
Proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a relevant tech or training industry role.
-
Proven track record of successful quota achievement over multiple years.
-
Training industry selling experience preferred but not required.
-
Sales enablement experience preferred but not required.

Teamwork, Communication, and Collaboration.
-
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Experience with Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Zoom, MS Office, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

Experience in effective prospecting to both existing clients and new prospects to grow both existing customer business and net new logos.

Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
